Feride BABALI

After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Feride Babalı began her career in the Criminal Law department of one of Türkiye’s leading law firms. Through the experiences gained in the early years of her professional career, she acquired a versatile legal foundation and developed comprehensive knowledge during this process.

In the later stages of her career, she expanded her areas of expertise and provided legal consultancy and litigation services in various fields, primarily Corporate Law and Commercial Law, as well as Real Estate and Construction Law, Maritime Trade Law, Customs Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Administrative Law, and Contract Law. She has successfully represented her clients before both judicial and administrative courts and has developed the competency to create strong and strategic approaches in resolving complex disputes.

Additionally, Feride Babalı has taken an active role in resolving Turkish legal disputes for foreign-capital companies operating worldwide across various sectors and has specialized in this field. Thanks to her native-level Russian language proficiency, she establishes effective communication with clients from CIS countries, particularly Russia, and provides fast and professional solutions at every stage of legal processes.

With the aim of ensuring the legal security of foreign investors' activities in Turkey and minimizing potential risks, she provides comprehensive consultancy services in corporate law, commercial law, construction, and real estate law.
