Yunus Emre İnal

After graduating from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law, Yunus Emre İnal began his career in the litigation department of one of Turkey's respected law firms. Through the experiences gained in the early period of his professional life, he developed strong practical skills in litigation processes and analytical thinking abilities.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in many areas such as labor law, corporate and commercial law, construction and real estate law, tax and customs law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and administrative law, successfully representing his clients before both judicial and administrative courts. Through the consultancy services he provided to domestic and foreign companies operating in various sectors, he has adopted a preventive and solution-oriented approach to legal risks.

As one of the founding partners of Tenet Law & Consulting with the practical experience he gained in different legal disciplines, Attorney Yunus Emre İnal has successfully managed the legal processes of large-scale infrastructure projects related to public institutions; he has taken an active role in preparing project contracts, monitoring administrative permits, and legal coordination of contractor-employer relationships. Additionally, in managing legal follow-up processes for the collection of financial institutions' receivables, he effectively and systematically conducts collection processes through an operational system strengthened with corporate structuring and organizational models. He continues his work with the understanding of providing strategic and sustainable legal support to his clients at every stage.İnal has good command of English.
